Attorneys and Custom Brokers | Maritime | Florida

Below is a list of  Attorneys specializing in Admiralty Law  along with a Custom Broker

A Maritime Attorney is required should you wish to foreign flag your vessel. They will  set up an offshore company and bank account, as well as facilitate the offshore closing.  These attorneys are also available, of course, for any maritime litigation.

A Custom Broker gets involved with all facets of a foreign flagged vessel, whether it be to provide Bonds for a vessel to be shown at a Boat Show for sale or paying the duty of a vessel so it may be registered in the U.S.  A Custom Broker will also arrange for Cruising Permits.

Burkard Yacht Sales does not recommend any company over another. We believe all companies represented are reputable organizations.  Please conduct an Internet Search for additional maritime attorneys and/or custom brokers.
