Our Mission Statement:
Burkard Yacht Sales is a fully licensed and bonded brokerage firm. With a lifetime of boating experience and over twenty years in the yacht sales industry, we offer professional listing and buying services.
We highly suggest taking advantage of our free yacht consultation services. It is very important to discuss not just your yachting wants but your yachting needs. We are well versed in power yachts from 30' to over 100' and are very familiar with all of the major manufacturers, including their strengths and weaknesses. An hour's discussion about what you expect from a vessel can save you years of heartache after purchasing the wrong vessel.
Buying a vessel is a big step and a major investment. Allow us to help you select the right vessel for your needs the first time.
We take pride in listing and selling our clients’ vessels. Getting our clients top dollar for their vessel takes a detailed plan of action with many steps. It requires more than just a good marketing plan.
Proper vessel staging is necessary, as great first impressions make the difference between showing and selling. It also requires a detailed listing with proper strategic photos and videos. A listing must entice buyers to make contact with the seller.
Market evaluations are also very important when listing and selling a vessel, especially in today’s fluctuating yacht sales market. The correct marketing plan may change as competing vessels come on the market and are sold, then removed from the market. We check the market daily and, if we feel a change is needed, we will contact you to discuss changes.
We also offer captain services for training purposes if you wish to sharpen your boat handling and navigation skills or just need time training on your electronics.
